WHAT YOU WILL DO:

We are seeking a highly skilled Partner Operations Team Lead to manage operational processes, lead a team, and collaborate with senior leadership. This role involves driving operational efficiency, scaling strategic initiatives, and managing cross-functional relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills and will be responsible for managing performance goals, overseeing reporting, and improving operational processes. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Team Leadership & Operational Management: 

  • Lead, mentor, and guide the Partner Operations team, ensuring timely task execution and high-quality outcomes. 
  • Oversee onboarding of team members and provide ongoing training to ensure operational consistency and excellence. 
  • Manage and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and team metrics in collaboration with the Service Delivery Manager to optimize efficiency. 

Strategic Business Partnership & Cross-Functional Collaboration: 

  • Act as a key partner to senior leadership, driving operational efficiency and strategic initiatives while providing insights on business operations best practices. 
  • Build and manage goal planning mechanisms, including defining goals, forecasting, target setting, and monitoring performance across the year. 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including sourcing, legal, contracts, and external partners, ensuring strong relationships and efficient collaboration. 
  • Conduct regular meetings with business teams to review task status, resolve outstanding issues, and align on business needs and long-term strategy. 

Reporting, Performance Management & Process Improvement: 

  • Analyze complex data and translate it into actionable insights to support strategic objectives and continuous improvement efforts. 
  • Monitor and report on service deliverables on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, ensuring that goals are tracked and aligned with business needs. 
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process optimization, implementing changes to improve efficiency and operational performance. 
  • Pull reports from dashboards to create long term strategy goals and to align on business needs. 

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

  • Proven ability to think strategically and analytically about business challenges, delivering successful outcomes in complex, matrixed environments. 
  • Track record of influencing and aligning cross-functional teams with competing priorities. 
  • Strong business acumen, with a passion for technology and a broad understanding of programs and operations. 
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in fast-paced environments. 
  • Experience conducting sophisticated analysis of complex data and translating it into actionable insights, presentations, and processes. 
  • Proven experience in refining and implementing business processes, procedures, or policies. 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. 
  • 6+ years of experience in operations or a related field
