As an Operations Manager, you will strive to achieve personal and store sales goals while prioritizing the customer experience through operational processes and leading teams. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
· Drive results through a strategic and multifaceted approach
· Directly train and partner with team to ensure all operational functions run smoothly
· Understands all management register and inventory functions
· Deliver operational excellence in all store processes
· Develop strategic plan to drive sales through business analytics and achieving productivity goals
· Communicate needs to support business goals
WE’D LOVE TO SEE:
· 2+ years of high-volume relevant retail experience
· A self-starter with time management and project skills
