Iron Mountain is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Supervisor to join our dynamic team !

The successful candidate will play a vital role in overseeing operational processes of the warehouse, transportation, record center and logistics and implementing strategies to improve productivity and quality across the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for training, recruiting, counseling, coaching, disciplinary action and writing reviews, process and approve payroll, time off requests and exceptions.

  • Monitor and analyze operational workflows, identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.

  • Ensure operational standards, policies, and procedures are followed, maintaining compliance with safety regulations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 5 years of experience as an Operations Supervisor, Team Leader, or similar role in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong understanding of operations management, logistics, and process improvement.

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work flexible hours and respond to operational needs outside regular business hours when required.

  • This is not a remote job. All candidates should need to live in the geographical area to be onsite daily.
