Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Operations Team Lead/Process Assistant to join our Logistics Center team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing hands-on operational management, including training, mentoring, and reporting to ensure productivity, safety, and quality goals are consistently met. You will be part of a dynamic operations team focused on the cost-effective management of day-to-day functions for the Logistics Center.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and develop the operations team by overseeing, training, and providing performance feedback to associates, ensuring high productivity, quality, and safety standards are maintained.

  • Manage core operational functions, including the end-to-end processing of incoming and outgoing shipments, organizing merchandise, and ensuring accurate warehouse inventory.

  • Develop and manage reports to track operational performance, production schedules, and resource allocation, providing actionable insights for decision-making and continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of one to two years of experience in warehouse or logistics leadership, with specific experience in warehouse fulfillment or e-commerce management.

  • Strong knowledge of monitoring team production goals and dynamically meeting company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

  • Proven ability to use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and apply conflict management skills to effectively resolve issues and manage team dynamics.

  • Capability to perform the physical requirements of the job, including frequent walking, standing, and lifting at least 40 pounds.

What We Offer (Benefits)

  • Salary Details: Pay is $24.00–$27.00.

  • Shifts/Location: The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., at our Victorville, CA location.
