We are looking for an OpEx Digital Specialist to join our team at Pfizer. This role will be key in enhancing digital capabilities, optimizing operations, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the site. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronic systems, data analysis, and automation, with a focus on continuous improvement initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to drive impactful changes using digital tools and methodologies to increase efficiency and process effectiveness.
What You Will Achieve
In this role, you will:

  • Gain a deep understanding of Pfizer's electronic systems and the data held within them, ensuring proper integration and optimization.
  • Analyze and understand key performance indicators (KPIs) across the site to support informed decision-making and performance improvement.
  • Pull, integrate, and analyze data from various Pfizer systems to enable accurate and timely reporting.
  • Automate routine reporting and data collection processes to enhance productivity and reduce manual efforts.
  • Design and develop data visualizations using tools like PowerBI, Tableau, and Excel to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Provide training and support to team members on how to use data visualizations effectively for decision-making.
  • Perform both routine and ad-hoc data gathering and analysis to support operational needs and process improvements.
  • Contribute to or lead continuous improvement initiatives across the site, utilizing methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma to enhance operational efficiency.


Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

  • Applicant must have a Bachelor's degree, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Operations Management preferred, with at least 2 years of experience; OR a Master's degree with more than 0 years of experience; OR an Associate's degree with 6 years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and other programming languages to manipulate and extract data.
  • Experience with ERP systems, with a strong understanding of how to integrate and pull data from these systems.
  • Expertise in data visualization software such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Excel to create dynamic and actionable reports.
  • Experience in automating digital processes using tools such as PowerAutomate to streamline workflows.
  • Background in continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma to drive process efficiencies and improve operational outcomes.

Travel may occasionally be required. Occasional off-shift support for 24/7 manufacturing.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $80,300.00 to $133,900.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 10.0% of the base salary.
