Description and Requirements
This role is responsible for special handling of check and statement jobs that are printed and mailed. Will ensure problems are reported to management in a timely fashion, assisting in resolution of problems ensuring internal & external partners receive great customer service via phone, email and in person. Working as a team player and always communicating with coworkers and management. The role will be working 1st shift 7:00am - 3:30pm Monday-Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process checks, special handling requests for alternate check processing with quick, precise response
- Uses time productively, seeking additional work during slower periods and helps others in meeting service line agreements.
- Strong communication skills
- General knowledge of Microsoft office products
- Maintains all required check and statement counts, filing paperwork correctly, ensuring high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Required:
- Able to make sound decisions when necessary to ensure all commitments are met, taking corrective action with all problems encountered, and complete all special handling requests as directed within the instructions given.
- position includes pushing, pulling and lifting. Lifting can be from 20lbs to 50lbs. Position is considered light industrial.
The salary range for applicants for this position is $41,600.
