What's The Role?

This is an opportunity to own and shape paid media performance across a portfolio of clients within a collaborative and evolving marketing environment.

You will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing campaigns across multiple platforms, with both the autonomy to make decisions and the accountability for results. You will work closely with other teams to deliver integrated marketing strategies that drive real outcomes for clients.

This role also contributes to how we evolve our paid media product. You will support process improvements, refine how campaigns are executed, and help the team stay aligned with industry trends.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically plan, create, and oversee all facets of digital advertising campaigns, including PPC, Google Display, YouTube, and Meta ads.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering a tailored experience to meet their unique needs and ensure satisfaction and strong, long-term relationships.
  • Monitor and manage campaign finances diligently, ensuring adherence to budgets, forecasting monthly expenditures, and reconciling any financial discrepancies.
  • Uphold strict adherence to campaign deadlines, ensuring precise and accurate execution of all tasks.
  • Conduct detailed tracking, analysis, and reporting of website analytics using GA4 and other tools, as well as performance metrics for all paid advertising initiatives.
  • Implement conversion tracking by setting up and placing the appropriate codes on clients’ websites.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams—including Paid Media, Sales, Web Development, Social Media, Content, and SEO—to manage client accounts and implement tailored marketing strategies.
  • Support process innovation to ensure campaigns run efficiently and effectively.
  • Continuously stay informed on industry trends and best practices to maintain innovative and competitive marketing strategies.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Legally able to work in Canada and located in Calgary, AB.
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent corporate work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in SEM (Search Engine Marketing), managing PPC campaigns on Google, demonstrating a strong grasp of paid search strategies
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or client relationship management
  • High level of ownership - Brings a high level of care and attention
  • Experience with analytics and tracking tools such as GA4 and Google Tag Manager is an asset
  • Strong knowledge of Meta advertising
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset, with a good understanding of A/B testing and experience optimizing marketing strategies
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, demonstrating strong project management and prioritization skills
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain systematic campaign management
  • Keen attention to detail, ensuring precision and accuracy in all aspects of work
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles is beneficial for integrating SEM with organic search strategies is considered an asset
  • Previous experience in an agency setting, demonstrating adaptability and client-focused experience is considered an asset
  • Experience with Fluency is considered an asset
