Saviynt is currently looking to hire a Canadian Partner Director focused on establishing partner relationships for adoption and representation of our solutions. This role will work collaboratively with the Vice President of Sales for Canada, the Canadian Account Executives, and our existing Partner Organizations. You will work closely with the Vice President of Sales for Canada to align on strategic goals and objectives for the region to meet or exceed revenue targets.


Saviynt’s Cloud platform for Identity has a proven track record of helping all Partners standardize and automate the setup and delivery of Identity services to achieve true scalability with their clients. We are passionate that the regional model is accretive and important as a significant growth driver for Saviynt.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Identify, recruit and onboard target Solution Providers for the Canadian Region.
  • Develop partner-sourced pipeline and achieve annual partner sourced revenue targets.
  • Use professional judgment to create, analyze and execute lead-generation programs with partners.
  • Track relevant sales activities in Salesforce.com to track progress and measure success.
  • Leverage our partner marketing and partner enablement teams to drive the “market-to” motion of Saviynt’s products to this set of partners.
  • Develop an ecosystem of qualified, trained, and certified partner implementation specialists to maintain an even supply in the market.
  • Assess and quantify the current supply and demand for partner implementation resources with specific clearance requirements.
  • Maintain consistent communications with internal teams & stakeholders.
  • Participate in all Canadian Sales activities as an important and valued member of the team.
  • Coordinate with Partners and participate in pipeline generating events across Canada.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Minimum 8-10 years of Partner Management experience in the enterprise software industry.
  • Ability to assess the current network of Partners and evaluate net-new relationships.
  • Significant experience working with multiple Partners across the Saviynt partner taxonomy, including Solution Providers, Consultants, and Global Systems Integrators.
  • Proven track record of partner pipeline generation and quota attainment in both Commercial and Canadian Government sectors.
  • Experience working in a collaborative cross-team environment.
  • Prior experience with a mix of Cyber and Identity-focused solution providers is highly desirable (cross regional and local market focused).
  • Cyber and Identity industry experience is a plus.
  • Candidates must be based in or near a major market within the Saviynt Canada Region territory.
  • Travel up to 40% is required.
