Nue is seeking an experienced Partner enablement lead who brings more than technical expertise to the table. We want a driven professional who combines the skills and knowledge of a consultant with the ability to effectively train others. This role demands strong business acumen, mastery of SaaS order-to-cash process, and the ability to effectively communicate to others their expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver structured learning: They provide a structured, step-by-step learning environment that defines expectations and engages learners in live and remote learning environments. Comfort in classroom and hybrid ELM learning environments.
- Follow a defined curriculum: They effectively incorporate training materials, including learning activities, presentations, and practical activities to meet defined learning objectives.
- Offer real-world insights: They incorporate hands-on experience, real-world projects, and scenarios into their training, which helps participants apply theoretical knowledge to practical settings.
- Mentor and guide: They can offer valuable insights, practical advice, and mentorship, helping individuals understand concepts better and prepare for technical discussions with customers.
- Evaluation: They participate in certification evaluations for participants based on defined learning outcomes and success criteria.
- Experience with established CPQ and billing systems prior to Nue (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Zuora, Aria, Apttus/Conga, Zone Billing, Billing Platform or custom ERP billing modules).
- Deep familiarity with SaaS order-to-cash workflows, customer billing, revenue recognition, and operational hand-offs.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; adept at simplifying complexity for technical stakeholders.
- Experience effectively leading multi-day workshops, meeting learning objectives and managing timelines.
- Ability to think on your feet, adapt learning engagements in real time, and confidently influence group dynamics.
- Prior experience as a Sales Engineer, Solution Consultant, Solution Architect or similar customer-facing technical role.
- Startup or high-growth b2b SaaS experience.

The base pay range for this role is $90,000 – $130,000 per year.
