About the Role
As our Partner Marketing Coordinator Americas, you will be instrumental in bringing NinjaOne's channel and partner marketing programs to life. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Partner Marketing Americas, this role is focused on flawless execution, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration. You will manage event logistics, coordinate campaigns, and track performance for partners in the eastern region to ensure initiatives deliver measurable impact. Over time, you will take on greater ownership of campaign elements, partner alignment, and budget responsibilities, preparing you for advancement as our partner marketing programs continue to scale. Location - We are flexible on hybrid/remote working from home, if you are located in the USA and reside in one of the following states - CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, *IL, KS, MA, ME, NC, NJ, NY, OR, TN, TX, VA, or WA. Preference/Priority will be given to candidates based in Austin, TX or those willing to relocate unassisted who are able to work in-office 2 days per week (Tuesday & Thursday).

For roles based in California, Colorado, Maryland, New Jersey or Washington the base salary hiring range for this position is $55,000 to $70,000 per year.

What You'll Be Doing
- Plan, manage, and execute logistics for partner events, trade shows, roadshows, sponsorships, and webinars in the eastern region
- Coordinate partner participation in industry events and ensure alignment with messaging, assets, and campaign timing
- Support co-marketing initiatives (email, digital, content syndication, webinars) and take ownership of select campaign components such as webinar production or co-branded email builds
- Maintain program calendars, project plans, timelines, budgets, and approvals in Asana. Track and reconcile spend to ensure alignment with budget forecasts
- Track event and campaign performance using Salesforce, Tableau, and marketing automation platforms; prepare reports with insights and recommendations for stakeholders
- Manage and prioritize partner marketing requests from sales teams; align on deliverables and develop tactical marketing plans
- Collaborate with partner marketing contacts on deliverables, ensuring brand consistency across co-marketing activities
- Document processes, contribute to playbooks, and recommend improvements that drive repeatability, scale, and efficiency
- Additional duties as assigned
About You
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience in channel, partner, demand generation, or field marketing
- Experience planning and executing partner or customer-facing events
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Asana, Salesforce, Tableau, and marketing automation tools
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate performance data into insights and actionable recommendations
- Strong communicator, collaborator, and team player across functions
- Self-starter who is comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Experience in SaaS, IT, or technology markets preferred
- Familiarity with Americas regional marketing and channel ecosystems is a plus
