At Roofr, we’re obsessed with our customers. We constantly gather feedback to shape, prioritize, and launch the products they truly need. That’s what makes Roofr’s CRM special. We started by building essential sales tools like aerial roof measurements and digital sales proposals. But when our customers asked for a simple, affordable way to manage and scale their entire businesses, we listened. So, we created a CRM that connects these solutions—along with payments, material ordering, and more—into a seamless, powerful platform. With a clear roadmap ahead, we’re excited to continue expanding and leading the market with innovative products.

We have an amazing culture, strong financials, and best-in-class company metrics. It’s an exciting time to be part of an extraordinary startup that is already successful, yet still early enough to offer its team significant growth, equity, and the opportunity to make a real impact.

The Partner Marketing Manager will drive co-marketing and partner enablement initiatives to support the growth of Roofr’s strategic partnership channel. This role requires a strategic, data-driven marketer with expertise in building co-marketing programs with a wide range of different partner types, including joint campaigns, content creation, and go-to-market (GTM) strategies. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally to develop and execute marketing initiatives that engage shared audiences, and maximize pipeline growth.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Work closely with revenue and marketing teams to ensure alignment on partner marketing objectives.
  • Develop and implement detailed quarterly co-marketing strategies with key partners to drive mutual growth.
  • Own end-to-end project management of co-marketing campaigns from project briefs and timelines to budgets and campaign performance.
  • Execute joint digital and in-person co-marketing campaigns in collaboration with partner teams, utilizing a mix of channels including email, print, webinars, content marketing, events, and other sponsorships.
  • Work with content creators and designers to develop co-branded marketing assets, templates, case studies, and thought leadership pieces that highlight partner integrations and success.
  • Design and deliver resources, tools, and training to enable partners and affiliates to effectively market and sell joint offerings; support the development of a partner portal.
  • Measure and optimize co-marketing campaigns, using data to make improvements and share ROI insights with stakeholders.
  • Track and manage contracts, a partner library, vendors, campaign calendar, and inventory.
  • Co-plan joint events with Roofr’s events team and partner company for trade shows, and webinars, coordinating internal teams to execute and follow up on event leads.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging across all partner program communications, aligning with Roofr’s brand voice and value-based campaign messaging.

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

  • 4+ years of experience in partner marketing role
  • 2+ years of experience in a startup SaaS environment; preferably PLG SMB or construction-tech related
  • Proven success managing co-marketing campaigns and joint lead generation with strategic partners
  • Understanding of partner dynamics in an SMB SaaS or tech environment, especially in aligning sales, product, and marketing.
  • Skilled in creating co-branded content with partner involvement.
  • Experience tracking and optimizing campaigns based on KPIs like lead conversion and ROI
  • Ability to develop resources and training materials to empower partners in marketing joint offerings
  • You’re highly organized, detail oriented, and can multitask
  • You have superior written and interpersonal communication skills; comfortable being customer-facing
  • You enjoy traveling and working on the go
  • You’re self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and problem solve quickly
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Figma or Adobe Suite a huge plus!
