About the Role 

As the Partner Operations Manager II, you will serve as the go-to person for supporting vendor programs and lifecycle management. Your primary responsibilities will include customer support for complex pricing, quality assurance for teams, and/or deal registrations.   This role also triages customer to the appropriate area to ensure satisfactory customer coverage. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Act as the primary point of contact for supporting vendor programs and lifecycle management, serving as the go-to person for internal teams and external vendors.  

  • Perform complex deal registration and customer support for complex pricing models.   

  • Develop a deep understanding of vendor programs, including pricing structures, incentives, and promotions, and effectively communicate this information to relevant stakeholders.  

  • Provide accurate and timely quotes to sales teams, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with vendor pricing guidelines.  

  • May collaborate with sales teams to identify up-sell opportunities, leveraging your knowledge of vendor programs and pricing structures.  

  • Determine lead times and delivery schedules based on product availability, build lead times, and other relevant factors, effectively managing customer expectations.  

  • Apply pricing accurately and consistently, ensuring compliance with vendor agreements and policies.  

  • May create renewal contracts, where applicable, and proactively manage contract renewals, ensuring timely execution and maximizing customer retention.  

  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with multiple-tier vendors, acting as a liaison between the company and vendors, effectively managing communication, escalations, and issue resolution.  

What We’re Looking For 

  • Post Secondary Degree in Business, IT, or related field preferred.

  • High School diploma required.

  • Proficient in executing instructions and requesting clarification.

  • Basic data entry and mathematical skills.

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to adjust to change and adapt as needed.

  • Comfortable working under stress and pressure.

  • Strong multitasking abilities.

  • Quick learner with proficiency in technology.

  • Basic level computer skills.

  • May be required to work shifts based on business needs.

À titre de Partner Operations Manager II (Gestionnaire, opérations partenaires II), vous êtes la personne-ressource pour le soutien aux programmes fournisseurs et la gestion du cycle de vie. Vos principales responsabilités incluent le soutien aux clients pour la tarification complexe, l’assurance qualité auprès des équipes et/ou l’enregistrement des transactions (deal registration). Ce que vous ferez:

  • Agir comme point de contact principal pour le soutien aux programmes fournisseurs et la gestion du cycle de vie, tant pour les équipes internes que pour les fournisseurs externes.

  • Effectuer l’enregistrement de transactions complexes et offrir du soutien client pour des modèles de tarification complexes.

  • Développer une compréhension approfondie des programmes fournisseurs, y compris les structures de prix, les incitatifs et les promotions, et communiquer efficacement ces informations aux parties prenantes concernées.

  • Fournir des soumissions exactes et ponctuelles aux équipes des ventes, en veillant à la compétitivité et à l’alignement avec les lignes directrices de tarification des fournisseurs.

  • À l’occasion, collaborer avec les équipes des ventes afin d’identifier des occasions de vente additionnelle, en tirant parti de votre connaissance des programmes fournisseurs et des structures de prix.

  • Déterminer les délais et les calendriers de livraison en fonction de la disponibilité des produits, des délais d’assemblage/production et d’autres facteurs pertinents, et gérer efficacement les attentes des clients.

  • Appliquer la tarification avec exactitude et constance, en assurant la conformité aux ententes et politiques des fournisseurs.

  • Le cas échéant, créer des contrats de renouvellement et gérer de façon proactive les renouvellements, en veillant à leur exécution en temps opportun et à la maximisation de la rétention des clients.

  • Entretenir et maintenir des relations solides avec des fournisseurs à plusieurs paliers; agir comme personne-ressource entre l’entreprise et les fournisseurs, et gérer efficacement les communications, les escalades et la résolution des enjeux.

Profil recherché:

  • Diplôme d’études postsecondaires (ex. : administration, TI ou domaine connexe) souhaité.

  • Diplôme d’études secondaires (DES) exigé.

  • Aptitude à exécuter des instructions et à demander des précisions au besoin.

  • Compétences de base en saisie de données et en mathématiques.

  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication, à l’écrit comme à l’oral.

  • Capacité à s’adapter au changement au besoin.

  • Aisance à travailler sous pression.

  • Excellente capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément.

  • Apprentissage rapide et aisance avec la technologie.

  • Compétences informatiques de base.

  • Possibilité d’horaire par quarts selon les besoins opérationnels.
