As Coconut’s Partnerships Manager, you will be instrumental in driving Coconut Software’s growth by developing and managing strategic partnerships. In this role, you will nurture relationships within our existing partner network, identify new opportunities that align with business goals, and generate leads through partner channels. Success will depend on your ability to build long-term, value-driven partnerships and collaborate cross-functionally to execute partnership initiatives effectively. This position reports to the Director of Revenue Operations.

  • Partner Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential strategic partners to drive growth and increase revenue.
  • Lead Generation: Collaborate with partners to develop and execute lead generation strategies tailored to each partner’s constituent needs.
  • Partnership Development: Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities, evaluate potential partners, and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including the VP of Sales, Account Executives, Account Managers, and the Chief Revenue Officer, to align partnership initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of partnerships, provide regular updates to leadership, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on partnership activity, lead generation results, and partnership growth metrics to leadership.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

  • 5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field is a requirement
  • Proven track record of developing strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of revenue operations, sales processes, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage pipeline and track partnership performance
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in Financial Industry is a bonus
