We are seeking an energetic and experienced Performance Manager. This highly motivated individual will be responsible for developing & maintaining existing customer relationships while driving performance with AutoSync’s CRM product, Activix.

We are seeking a candidate that has proven success in developing strategic relationships in organizations leading to high retention rates, high adoption, and expansion opportunities.

This role will proactively engage in the day-to-day management of the account, including strategic account planning, performance reviews, training, technical acumen, and customer success issue resolution. This role will work directly with Sales, Marketing, and Management within the Dealership.

This position is designed for a person who has high attention to detail, strives for customer success and satisfaction, is articulate and credible, and is metrics-driven.

This role reports to the Senior Manager, Performance Management.

What You'll Do:

  • Business Strategy: Develop a clear understanding of the client’s business goals. Craft and implement effective dealership processes associated with Sales and business development that deliver performance in line with the client’s business goals. Track performance, provide analysis, and become a trusted consultant and advisor.
  • Conducting Monthly Performance Reviews: Consistent completion of performance reviews as per account guidelines to maintain client relationships and monitor the effective performance of the client’s product suite. Audit product performance and take steps to align execution with strategy.
  • Customer Engagement, Growth, and Retention: Building trust and strong relationships with the dealer. Ensure high levels of product adoption where applicable. Identify opportunities for growth within the account portfolio. Mitigate potential churn through proactive retention efforts, and in the event of account cancellation, ensure a high rate of account retention.
  • Activix CRM Compliance: Internal Process Adherence and ensure correct and timely updates within Activix client CRM for the purposes of account management and measuring KPIs.
  • Dealership Training: Train dealership personnel to ensure strong adoption and engagement with AutoSync software products. Present best practices and establish repeatable processes compatible with dealership selling strategies. Ensure training is engaging and interactive. Provide refresher/new feature training to dealerships as required.

What You'll Need:

  • University degree or previous sales experience
  • And/or 2+ years of automotive industry experience, ideally within a dealership or with another CRM provider
  • And/or 2+ years of account management experience
  • Comfortable working somewhat autonomously and able to prioritize deliverables accordingly
  • Ability to use quantitative & qualitative metrics to communicate progress, identify meaningful trends & make compelling recommendations
  • Experience in communicating with dealership personnel, including Dealer Principals, General Managers, Sales Managers, and Sales Associates.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strategic & Collaborative; get the bigger picture – can work with internal & external teams to bring alignment,
  • Ability to communicate a vision and deliver on it
  • Credible; does what he/she says he/she is going to do. Team player
  • Ability to travel to Vancouver, BC 5-10 days per month

Compensation

The expected compensation for this position is: CAD $75,000 - $80,000

Our ranges reflect the expected compensation at the time of posting. The final offer may vary and can be higher based on relevant skills, experience, location, and market conditions. Based on the role, the total rewards package may also include benefits, bonus, and other employee offerings.

The base salary range for this position is
$75,000$80,000 CAD
