About Venn

Venn is the fastest-growing B2B fintech in Canada.
We're on a mission to transform business banking for Canadian entrepreneurs and are looking to hire A-players interested in disrupting traditional banking practices. As the ONLY digital banking platform in Canada offering a truly modern solution, we have seen accelerated growth—scaling to support more than 5,000 Canadian businesses in under two years. Business owners are tired of the big banks’ monopoly and are looking for modern tools that replace the legacy systems that have been their only option for over 100 years.

We've raised over $26.5M from Tier 1 investors such as Gradient, Left Lane Capital, Intact, and XYZ Venture Capital. Interested in redefining the future of banking in Canada? Look no further.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Define and manage paid campaign strategy to achieve acquisition targets and reduce customer acquisition costs.

  • Run growth experiments across new or emerging channels to uncover additional scalable acquisition paths.

  • Own the operations, optimization, and execution across all paid channels (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, etc.), delivering against pipeline creation and ROI goals.

  • Test, analyze, and optimize campaigns on a per-channel basis to improve performance and efficiency.

  • Identify and deliver innovation opportunities, bringing fresh creative thinking to maximize paid channel effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with product, partnerships, design, and other cross-functional teams to ensure growth initiatives are seamlessly integrated.

  • Use data and experimentation to iterate on campaigns, reporting learnings and insights that inform strategy.

  • Support go-to-market strategies and execution for new product launches, contributing to messaging and channel mix.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or acquisition roles (startup experience preferred).

  • Strong track record managing paid search and social campaigns (Google, Bing, Meta), with proven ability to hit growth, CAC and ROAS goals.

  • Hands-on experience in campaign execution, optimization, and scaling.
Strong understanding of growth experimentation across multiple channels.

  • Ability to analyze data, run tests, and iterate quickly.

  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with product, partnerships, and design teams.

Bonus Points

  • Experience at an early-stage or fast-growing startup.

  • Experience in fintech or financial services marketing.

  • Experience from a non-traditional background (Eg. 2 years in consulting).

Perks & Benefits

  • Healthy equity ownership.

  • Comprehensive coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance.

  • Opportunity to shape the future of business banking in Canada and beyond.
