We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition across all major channels and manage a growing media budget. This role is responsible not just for ROAS, but for building a reliable demand engine that feeds both ecommerce and our internal sales teams.
You’ll work closely with lifecycle, sales, and leadership to manage the full funnel from first click through to conversion and recovery, while building the foundations for future B2B and wholesale demand generation.
What You’ll Do
- Own and scale paid performance across Meta, Google, Reddit, Pinterest, and TikTok
- Manage $3M in annual paid media spend with clear accountability for returns
- Oversee product catalogues and integrations across advertising platforms
- Drive ROAS and CAC performance through continuous optimization and testing
- Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and offers to discover ways to scale with steady spend.
- Partner with lifecycle marketing to optimize abandoned cart and conversion recovery
- Build and maintain a high-quality inbound pipeline for five consumer sales reps
- Monitor the full funnel, flagging drop-offs or performance issues early
- Lead experimentation and growth initiatives as budgets and channels expand
- Support future outbound and demand generation efforts for wholesale and reseller channels
Who We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, with a strong ecommerce focus
- Proven experience managing large paid media budgets with accountability for results
- Background in smaller or scaling companies where you’ve owned the full performance stack
- Highly data-driven, comfortable working deeply with metrics and dashboards
- Strong experimentation mindset and comfort with rapid iteration
- Deep understanding of full-funnel acquisition and conversion dynamics
- Confident operator who can work independently and influence cross-functionally
