About the Role
Responsibilities
- Power BI Functional Consulting Gather business requirements and translate them into dashboards.
- Design & develop Power BI reports (DAX, Power Query, data models).
- Deploy and govern Power BI assets (security, RLS, workspaces).
- Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and visualization standards.
- Provide end-user training and support post go-live.
- Change Management Develop and implement change management strategies .
- Engage stakeholders and drive communication plans.
- Conduct training workshops and promote user adoption.
- Monitor adoption metrics and manage resistance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, HR, and business units.
Show Us What You’ve Got
It will be very useful if you have some or all of the following skills and experience:
- 10+ years in Power BI development (DAX, M, data modeling, SQL).
- 3+ years in Change Management (Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent).
- Exposure to Cloud (Azure/GCP).
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in BI deployment and adoption across large organizations.
Nice to Have Certifications
- Certifications: Power BI (PL-300), Prosci/Change Management, PMP.
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Automate).
- Exposure to finance, Banking, Insurance, healthcare, retail, or manufacturing sectors.
