Job Summary
Principal Architects (PAs) help contribute to and enforce standardized implementation approaches and methodologies based on feedback and observations from the field. Feedback gathered from various internal and external sources must be aggregated and discussed constructively within the greater Field Enablement team, in order to jointly propose new product, implementation, and potentially sales strategies to internal stakeholders.
PAs must coordinate and cooperate with the Sales team in order to provide timely and accurate professional services implementation estimates, while using their expertise and understanding of best practices to enable both Sales and customers to make scoping and project roadmap decisions that lead to successful implementations. A PA should ensure that active professional services engagements are aware of the signs and opportunities that may lead to additional professional services or product upselling, and ultimately result in more successful and useful solutions for Bravura Security customers.
While a Principal Architect usually has a primary assigned speciality - e.g. Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM) - it is imperative that Principal Architects maintain a macro-level view of the implementation landscape, industry trends, and Bravura Security Fabric capabilities and roadmaps in order to develop and maintain deployment best practices and compelling synergies throughout the entire Bravura Security Fabric. This knowledge is also important for contributing to marketing initiatives like blog posts, website content, whitepapers, and webinars.
As one of Bravura Security’s most senior and experienced roles, Principal Architects also maintain a 50% billable ratio by using their skills and deep understanding of the Bravura Security Fabric, IAM, and PAM to deliver professional services in the form of detailed business analysis, custom feature designs & implementations, POCs, advising/consultation services, maturity assessments, health checks, custom training, and targeted engagements with strategic customers.
The ideal candidate will have deep technical experience with implementing complex cybersecurity solutions, while communicating with multiple stakeholders throughout a project's life cycle. They will be organized and passionate individuals, who use effective communication strategies to provide guidance and advice to both internal and external stakeholders. They must be advocates for and contributors to continual knowledge sharing, process improvement, and best practices documentation.
