Job Summary

Design Enterprise Solutions. Build Executive Confidence.

At Introhive, we believe technical excellence and trusted relationships are the foundation of enterprise success. As a Principal Client Solutions Architect, you'll serve as the senior technical and solution authority for our most strategic customer and prospect engagements.

This senior client-facing role sits at the intersection of technology, business strategy, and measurable value. You'll lead executive discovery, architect scalable solutions, and help customers understand how Introhive integrates into their CRM, data, privacy, and security environments to deliver measurable business outcomes.

This is not a traditional Solutions Consultant role. It's an advanced architecture position for someone who defines, designs, and communicates value-driven solutions that build executive trust.  You'll help customers navigate complex data environments where legacy CRM ecosystems meet modern AI-driven insights, bridging the gap between technical architecture and executive strategy.

Location
Remote - Open to candidates in Canada and the U.S., with preference for those located in Eastern or Central time zones.

Occasional travel may be required for customer meetings, workshops, industry events, and internal team engagements.

What You'll Do

  • Lead technical and business discovery sessions with enterprise customers and prospects.
  • Design scalable, client-centered solutions that align business objectives with Introhive's platform capabilities.
  • Translate complex business and technical requirements into clear solution designs and implementation guidance.
  • Facilitate executive workshops that build trust, reduce risk, and accelerate decision-making.
  • Lead discussions on CRM architecture, APIs, enterprise integrations, AI, data privacy, security, and compliance.
  • Partner with Professional Services to ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales through implementation.
  • Connect technical capabilities to measurable business outcomes by identifying high-value use cases and ROI opportunities.
  • Support strategic sales opportunities, renewals, and expansion initiatives through technical leadership and solution consulting.
  • Mentor Solutions Consultants by sharing best practices, developing reusable frameworks, and elevating consulting standards.
  • Partner with Product and Marketing to communicate customer feedback, integration opportunities, and market trends that influence product strategy and go-to-market execution.

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role is measured by your ability to:

  • Build executive trust through strategic technical leadership.
  • Move customers confidently from technical discovery to implementation.
  • Deliver clear solution designs that minimize implementation risk.
  • Resolve privacy, security, and integration challenges early in the sales cycle.
  • Help customers realize measurable business value quickly.
  • Elevate the technical capabilities and consulting standards of the Solutions Consulting organization.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience, with at least 5 years focused on enterprise-scale B2B SaaS architecture or strategic pre-sales.
  • Deep expertise in enterprise CRM platforms, APIs, system integrations, data architecture, and solution design.
  • Executive presence with experience leading strategic technical discussions and workshops.
  • Experience translating business objectives into scalable technical solutions.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise security, privacy, and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience designing or supporting AI-enabled solutions, including LLMs, NLP, predictive analytics, or intelligent automation.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Professional Services.
  • Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar CRM platforms.
  • Experience with Relationship Intelligence, Revenue Intelligence, analytics, or data enrichment technologies.
  • Experience supporting customers in Professional Services, Legal, Financial Services, Accounting, Consulting, or similar industries.
