We believe in using our advantages to make a positive impact on the world and inspiring others to do the same.

Job Description:

We’re looking for a Principal CloudOps Engineer to lead the design, development, and scaling of our next-generation AI platform infrastructure.
You’ll drive architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and ensure our GenAI platform is highly scalable, reliable, and secure across cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure).

This is a hands-on leadership role at the intersection of CloudOps, MLOps, and GenAI innovation — perfect for someone passionate about building at scale and shaping the future of enterprise AI.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead architecture and delivery of cloud-native and cloud-agnostic infrastructure for our enterprise GenAI platform.

  • Design, build, and optimize infrastructure to support large-scale AI/ML workloads, including LLMs and GenAI applications.

  • Collaborate closely with Product, Research, and Customer Success teams on roadmap planning and technology evaluation.

  • Set technical best practices for cloud infrastructure, automation, monitoring, and reliability at scale.

  • Mentor and coach engineers; help grow the team’s technical culture.

  • Participate in on-call rotation as needed to ensure platform reliability.

  • Drive continuous improvement in security, cost optimization, and operational excellence.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience designing, building, and operating cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure

  • Deep understanding of the Well-Architected Framework and cloud-native best practices.

  • Expertise in infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi).

  • Strong background in cloud networking, security, and observability.

  • Experience supporting AI/ML or data-intensive workloads in production environments.

  • Proven success leading technical projects and mentoring other engineers.

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.

  • Professional Cloud Certification (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, GCP Professional Cloud Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert).

  • Experience building cloud-native MLOps platforms or managing large-scale AI/ML infrastructure.

  • Strong background in SRE/DevOps principles with automation-first mindset.

  • Previous experience in a hyper-growth startup or building enterprise-grade SaaS products.

Professional Attributes:

  • Problem Solving: ability to break down complex problems into manageable components, devising creative solutions, and iteratively refining ideas based on feedback and experimental evidence.

  • Collaboration and Communication: proficiency in working cross-functionally—communicating clearly, providing constructive criticism, delegating responsibilities, and respecting diverse perspectives.

  • Project Management and Prioritization: demonstrated aptitude in balancing multiple projects, deadlines, and allocating time efficiently between short-term objectives and long-term goals.

  • Critical Thinking: ability to carefully evaluate assumptions, questioning established methodologies, challenging own biases, and maintaining skepticism when interpreting results.

  • Curiosity and Continuous Learning: ability to stay curious about advances in related fields and constantly seeking opportunities to expand knowledge base.

  • Emotional Intelligence and Intellectual Humility: capable of displaying empathy, resilience, adaptability, and self-awareness. Ability to recognize own limitations, embracing uncertainty, acknowledging mistakes, and valuing others' contributions.

By joining our team, you become part of a community that embraces diversity, inclusiveness, and lifelong learning. We nurture curiosity and creativity, encouraging exploration beyond conventional wisdom. Through mentorship, knowledge exchange, and constructive feedback, we cultivate an environment that supports both personal and professional development.
