Responsibilities
Verification Quality and Methodology Governance
- Define and drive DRAM verification methodology, quality standards, and AI-enabled strategies to improve coverage, traceability, efficiency, and defect prevention.
- Lead closed-loop silicon learning by identifying verification gaps, incorporating lessons learned into requirements and standard methodologies, and reducing recurring silicon issues.
- Own and continuously improve the JAMA requirements framework, ensuring alignment, scalability, and adoption across projects and teams.
- Simplify and optimize verification workflows through automation, AI, and process improvements that reduce cycle time and accelerate debug.
- Partner across engineering teams to drive methodology decisions, align collaborators, and scale verification approaches.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in DRAM verification, validation, or product engineering.
- Strong expertise in digital and analog verification methodologies, testbench development, stimulus generation, and debug.
- Solid understanding of VLSI fundamentals, semiconductor devices, and DRAM architecture.
- Experience with Linux environments and EDA tools, including Cadence Virtuoso.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using AI/ML/LLM tools to improve engineering productivity.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated capability to establish and advance clear, organized, and scalable verification methods or workflows across projects or teams.
- Experience with requirements management, tracking systems, and structured documentation workflows (e.g., JAMA, JIRA).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a demonstrated ability to learn and apply new DRAM concepts and verification methodologies.
- Experience mentoring and developing less experienced engineers through technical leadership and mentorship. Interest or experience in applying AI-enabled approaches to improve verification efficiency, quality, or scalability.
- Hands-on experience developing analog and digital verification testbenches, using industry-standard tools such as SystemVerilog, UVM, SpectreFx, and PrimeSim. Advanced scripting or programming skills (e.g., Python, Perl, Tcl, or similar) applied to verification automation or data analysis.
