We are looking for a Principal Full Stack Engineer to join our Full stack engineering team to partner with different cross-functional teams across the company on product development.
About You:- Experience Level: Senior/Principal
- Full Stack Development with React.js, Node.js, and TypeScript
- AWS Deployment (Experience with both container-based and serverless environments)
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform (Essential)
- Experience working with large-scale projects
- Strong understanding of software architecture and scalable systems
- Ability to develop production-ready code
- Feature development and enhancement of existing systems
- Code quality and maintainability best practices
- Experience designing stable, long-term technical solutions
- Ability to ship code frequently in a production environment
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on business needs
- Ability to translate product specifications into functional software
- Preference for pragmatic and stable solutions over trendy technologies
- Passion for continuous learning and industry trends
- Self-motivated and disciplined, especially in a remote work environment
- Java experience would be considered a plus
- Coaching and helping both clients and Modus teammates from the comfort of home.
- Deep diving into customer needs and translating them into actionable requirements.
- Exploring new tech and continuously learning because software is always evolving!
- Sharing your knowledge and participating actively in the community.
- Overlap with some EST hours daily is expected.
- Reliable high-speed internet is a must!
