Job Summary

As a Principal Product Manager, you'll own a major stake in the strategy, execution, and continual improvement of Introhive's product capabilities, helping firms unlock the value of their relationship data in service of our mission to transform how companies manage, nurture, and leverage relationships. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the product roadmap, prioritize outcomes, and drive delivery in alignment with business goals and customer needs, translating product strategy and customer insight into high-value solutions across multiple investment areas.

This role is ideal for a technically strong, experienced Product Manager who has owned and delivered programs across multiple product areas, brings credible experience in relationship intelligence, sales intelligence, data quality, or adjacent B2B SaaS/martech markets, and is energized by building products that help clients build trust and grow relationships at scale.

Job Responsibilities

You're responsible for the entire product lifecycle from ideation to sunset across a breadth of product areas. In that, you'll be expected to:

  • Mentorship and Leadership Team Involvement — in this role, you'll help mentor junior and senior product managers and have a direct role in shaping our Product leadership, direction, and strategy.
  • Problem Identification — working directly with customers and GTM teams, you'll identify key areas of investment, building the business cases and roadmaps that deliver real value and outcomes — always grounded in how well a solution helps clients unlock and act on relationship insight.
  • Vision and Roadmapping — build long-term directions for those investments, based on hypotheses, data, market insights, and a clear view of where the relationship intelligence and B2B data markets are heading.
  • Prioritization and Execution — balance multiple competing initiatives based on user needs and business outcomes, defining the work plans that optimize outcomes and working directly with the development team to deliver.
  • Delivery — work across sales, support, and marketing teams to ensure outcomes are realized through communication, education, release management, and post-release monitoring.
  • Life-Cycle Management — after release, you'll remain responsible for the overall investment and roadmap, focusing on adoption, maintenance, additional functionality requirements, and sunsetting if required.

Utilizing a customer-centric approach that focuses on problems and outcomes rather than features, you'll deliver solutions that are genuinely adopted and utilized — not just checkmarks. You'll own a significant part of our overall product strategy and deliver measurable outcomes against a roadmap you define, in service of Introhive's mission to help firms unlock the value of every relationship.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of progressive product management experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 3 of those years at a senior or principal level owning key, significant portions of a solution and customer problem set, including formal or informal leadership experience.
  • Relevant market experience in relationship intelligence, sales intelligence, CRM/data quality, martech, or another data-driven B2B SaaS market serving professional services or enterprise clients; familiarity with how firms like Introhive's customers (e.g., professional services, financial services, or consulting firms) manage and act on client relationship data is a strong asset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to tackling ambiguous, cross-functional challenges.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, with the ability to translate insights into clear, compelling product strategies for both technical and executive audiences.
  • Customer-centric mindset, with an ability to conduct user research and usability testing directly with customers.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, with hands-on familiarity with backlog management, sprint planning, and iterative development.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with proven experience partnering across Product, Engineering, and Design.
  • A bias to action — a demonstrable iterative approach that accelerates understanding and mitigates risk.
  • Strategic prioritization — a demonstrable ability to define vision and prioritize the highest-value investments, including the discipline to say "no" to what doesn't align or doesn't matter.

Why Introhive?

At Introhive, we believe people do their best work when they feel trusted, empowered, and supported. That’s why we value outcomes over hours, curiosity over perfection, and collaboration over ego. You'll have room to grow, tools to succeed, and a team that’s got your back.
