OutSystems is seeking a Principal Product Manager to help lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our emerging AI Agent platform, Agent Workbench. You’ll be a part of cross-functional teams and define how agents and agentic-enabled applications can simplify, automate, and accelerate the transformation of an organization’s business.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
Own the product vision and strategy for designated AI Agent initiatives, aligning with company goals and customer needs.
Define and prioritize product requirements informed by user research, data insights, and market trends.
Collaborate with engineering, design, architecture, and data science teams to translate complex AI capabilities into usable, scalable features.
Partner with GTM teams and Product Marketing to refine positioning, pricing, and adoption strategies.
Drive continuous improvement and measurable outcomes across the product lifecycle.

✅ Qualifications / What You Need To Succeed
7+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in AI, PaaS, SaaS, or enterprise software.
Proven leadership experience guiding multidisciplinary teams or managing other PMs.
Strong technical background or familiarity with modern AI/ML concepts, APIs, and developer tools.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
Deep customer empathy and a track record of shipping impactful, data-driven products.
Salary Range (base): 215k - 222k
Salary Determination: Our salary range is based on industry standards, company performance, and market conditions. We offer competitive compensation packages to attract and retain top talent.
