Job Description:
Articul8 AI is seeking a Principal UI/UX Frontend Engineer with deep expertise in React and TypeScript to lead the design and development of intuitive, high-performance user interfaces for our enterprise GenAI platform. In this critical role, you will shape the front-end architecture, drive UX best practices, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences. You’ll play a key part in setting technical direction, mentoring engineers, and ensuring the delivery of scalable and maintainable UI solutions. Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of complex, responsive Gen AI web applications using React and TypeScript.

Architect scalable, maintainable, and robust front-end solutions.

Define and enforce UI/UX standards, ensuring consistency across the product.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver engaging user experiences.

Drive user-centered design decisions, conducting reviews and feedback sessions.

Identify and implement performance optimizations to improve application responsiveness.

Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical leadership and code reviews.

Stay current with emerging frontend technologies and frameworks, integrating them where appropriate.

Required Qualifications:
Education Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Computer Engineering, or relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Professional Experience: A proven track record as a technical leader in developing scalable, maintainable, and high-performance applications. 8+ years of professional experience in front end development with Javascript frameworks.
Core Technical Skills:

8+ years of experience in frontend engineering with a focus on UI/UX.

Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.

Expertise in data driven visualization (d3.js).

Knowledge of animation libraries (e.g., Framer Motion) and visualization frameworks.

Familiarity with feature flagging technologies and multi-tenant SaaS environments.
