Location:NYC or Remote (USA) with In-Person 2-day Retreats 4x a year
Role Summary:Identify and evaluate investment opportunities in innovative tech startups. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the tech landscape and venture capital ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:Investment Sourcing: Identify and secure investment opportunities in secondary markets.
Due Diligence: Conduct financial, legal, and operational due diligence on potential investments.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with fund managers, investors, and other stakeholders.
Portfolio Management: Oversee and manage investments to maximize returns and ensure alignment with the strategic goals of the fund.
Experience or interest in private equity, investment banking, or a related financial field, with a focus on secondary markets.
Strong analytical skills and experience with complex financial modeling.
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with a keen eye for identifying valuable investment opportunities.
