SUMMARY 

Reporting to the Head of Global Procurement, the Procurement Specialist will work alongside a team of Wizards that focus on enabling Wiz and its teams to do their best work by managing purchase requests and orders and working closely with external and internal stakeholders. 

We are currently focused on candidates located in the East Coast.

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

  • Review and process purchase requests and orders, ensuring completeness, accuracy, compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as IT, security, legal, and finance teams to ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.
  • Communicate, co-operate and manage relationship with vendors
  • Review and analyze global spends and vendors to identify areas for standardization and consolidation globally, contributing to overall business strategy

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Between 3-5 years experience as a hands-on buyer for a global tech company 
  • Relevant academic degree. 
  • Ability to combine independent work with teamwork
  • Strong negotiations skills
  • Proven ability to source and negotiate with vendors
