Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Product Designer to contribute to the development of Ema, our Universal AI Employee. In this role, you will design user experiences that simplify complex workflows and enhance productivity for enterprises globally.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • User-Centered Design: Create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces by considering market analysis, data insights, customer feedback, and technical constraints.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including user research, engineering, and product management to bring design concepts to life.

  • Prototyping: Quickly and thoroughly develop user flows, wireframes, design mockups, and prototypes to conceptualize new product initiatives.

  • Simplification: Relentlessly simplify and distill complex processes into elegant and user-friendly interfaces.

  • Consistency: Establish and maintain detailed user-interface patterns and design system specifications, ensuring consistent application across all products

  • Communication: Effectively communicate complex design concepts across various audiences and organizational levels.

  • Continuous Improvement: Incorporate feedback from users and team members to continuously improve the design and functionality of our products.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio showcasing your ability to create intuitive and user-centered designs.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or similar. Strong understanding of current web technologies and best practices.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to use data to inform design decisions and demonstrate a critical awareness of the implications on user-centered design.

  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Team Player: Comfortable working on technical teams and collaborating across different departments.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Examples of Shipped Work: Demonstrated experience with shipped work across multiple platforms.

  • Mentorship: Experience mentoring junior designers.

  • Innovation: Passion for learning and driving innovation in UX design.
