Your Responsibilities
As a Product Manager, Centralized Payment Solutions for John Deere Financial located in Johnston, IA, you will....

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of payment facilitation projects.
  • Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, defining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation for payment facilitation initiatives.
  • Technical Oversight: Collaborate with engineering and development teams to ensure the successful implementation of payment systems and technologies.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners, providing regular project updates and managing expectations.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement testing and validation processes to ensure that payment solutions meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, design specifications, and user manuals.
  • Training and Support: Facilitate training sessions and provide ongoing support to teams using the payment systems.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

What Skills You Need

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on payment processing, payment facilitation, or financial technology.
  • Strong understanding of payment systems, gateways, and transaction processing technologies.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project).


What Makes You Stand Out

  • Fraud mitigation strategy experience.
  • Demonstrated partner integration and client stakeholder experience.


Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; PMP or similar certification preferred.
