Our 5 core values are more than just words—they are a way of life for us. We know that companies with a strong culture and a higher purpose perform better in the long run.

Do our values speak to you?

  • Pursuit of excellence

  • Mission focus
We are here to protect the world’s most sensitive data and create a safer digital future for all.

Trust is earned through actions, not blame or wishful thinking. Fulfill promises and take responsibility for mistakes.

To reach consensus and problem-solve quickly, it’s important to communicate honestly and courageously.

  • Customer alignment: Engage directly with enterprise customers to understand security challenges, validate use cases, and ensure Qostodian delivers tangible risk reduction and measurable business value
  • Efficient toolchain mastery: Leverage LLMs, automation frameworks, and modern development tools to streamline requirement creation, reduce documentation overhead, and accelerate time-to-value while maintaining precision
  • Quality without compromise: Create user guides, technical specifications, and release notes that serve both AI systems and human users, while ensuring robust QA processes protect product reliability
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with AI-accelerated engineering teams, marketing, and sales to ensure successful feature deployment, customer adoption, and continuous feedback loops
