Let's start with the role 

The Gaming Platform Product Manager is the owner of the end-to-end roadmap of the Gaming’s platform delivery. She/he identifies the customer needs, prioritizes implementation steps, and orchestrates the relevant teams.The role works closely with the Platform Director & Head to shape the platform vision and ensure alignment across priorities and delivery.

As a Senior Product Manager, Gaming Platform, you will: 
Communication
  • Align the cross-functional teams around a cohesive roadmap, which brings platform/feature to market.
  • Be a product advocate and supporter for internal stakeholders and articulate product decisions to all relevant parties in a clear and transparent manner.
  • Articulate the platform proposition to users, the product team, internal stakeholders, and engineers.
  • Create feedback loops throughout the process and ensures a constant alignment with all other product managers.
Engaging customers
  • Work with the Platform Director and the respective stakeholders, identify customer needs, translate them into product capabilities and specifications, create the vision of our product. 
  • Plan and execute a clear product vision while interacting with key stakeholders to understand their market drivers, strategies, and challenges, so that an optimal platform can be developed, driving CSAT and customer engagement.
Product 
  • Manage and maintain a product roadmap and generate insights based on identified feature requests, analytics, pain points, and overall software strategy with the architects and engineers.
  • Where applicable, define and develop user personas leveraging on all available data sources, user interviews, and user workshops with the Customer Experience and User Experience teams for needs within the business. 
  • Conduct post-launch user feedback sessions with UX & CX to support continuous improvement in Kaizen Gaming’s products 
  • Gather translates and prioritize business requirements into platform capabilities and specifications. 
  • Based on business value and ROI, organize this vision into a time-framed platform backlog, with clear implementation priorities and feature acceptance criteria.  

What you'll bring 

  • An experienced professional (5yrs+) with a successful track record in product management, utilizing best practice tools and techniques.
  • Proven experience in working closely with technology teams in Agile methodologies;
  • Clear leadership qualities, working proactively with others towards a goal with the ability to navigate both internal and external hurdles through change and risk.
  • Exposure to the gaming industry is mandatory. 
  • Impeccable communication skills in English.
