As a Product Manager, you will identify market opportunities, define product strategies, and lead the development of new and updated products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct market research, and support commercialization efforts while managing relationships with various stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities:
- Contribute to market opportunity identification, product definition, defining product strategy and roadmap for features critical to success in Fresenius Connected Health (CH) products
- Support the development of business plans to secure resources to develop and commercialize a regular cadence of new/updated product offerings or enter new markets
- Gather and apply market research, competitive analysis, and user needs, leveraging cross-functional teams and other VOC sources as needed
- Drive product innovation with improved value proposition and reduced costs & burden
- Function as central resource with design, manufacturing, quality, test, marketing and distribution as products are developed or adapted
- As primary Product Management resource for all customer-facing teams (Sales, National Accounts, Field Teams, Training Teams, etc.), you lead commercialization efforts for new/expanded products, ensuring proper customer training and building tools and processes for successful product introductions and adoption
Your profile:
- Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration with strong technical skills preferred
- Extensive experience in the Med Tech industry, specifically in product management, product strategy, or development
- Proven experience working with international stakeholders
- Ability to proactively identify opportunities and challenges and take calculated risks to drive innovation
- Strong skills in planning, organizing, and managing resources to achieve project goals, including managing cross-functional teams
- Exceptional ability to foster and maintain collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Understanding of financial concepts like NPV, payback periods, P&L statements, and balance sheets; capable of making sound, holistic business decisions
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to form, lead, and inspire cohesive and productive teams
- Understanding of market trends and competitive landscape
- Ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively
