THE ROLE

As a Product Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to shape the product roadmap and execution for our Bitcoin ATM network and supporting services. You’ll focus on backend infrastructure, third-party integrations, new coin offerings, and customer-facing products. You will also work with data and analytics tools (SQL, BI tools) to track performance and inform product decisions.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING 

  • Collaborate with leadership, engineering, and operations to develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap.
  • Drive improvements in ATM-related backend infrastructure, including transaction processing, and improving/monitoring core performance..
  • Manage integrations with third-party financial and blockchain services 
  • Support and lead the launch of new coin offerings, ensuring technical feasibility, regulatory compliance, and user demand alignment.
  • Work with data and BI tools to analyze data, measure product performance, and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Define, build and optimize customer-facing products and services, including transaction experiences, interfaces, and support tools.
  • Collaborate with engineering to scope, prioritize, and deliver product improvements that enhance performance, uptime, and reliability.
  • Ensure that compliance requirements are integrated into the product without compromising user experience.
  • Communicate product road map, updates, and outcomes to stakeholders, both internal and external.


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
 

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech, payments, crypto, or regulated financial services.
  • Strong understanding of Bitcoin, blockchain technology, and cryptocurrency transaction flows.
  • Experience with compliance and regulatory requirements (KYC/AML, MSB regulations, etc.).
  • Proficiency with SQL and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) to analyze and interpret data.
  • Experience working on backend infrastructure, APIs, and third-party integrations in a fintech or financial services environment.
  • Strong ability to collaborate on strategy and roadmap while also driving execution with engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams and articulate product decisions clearly.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, small-team environment where adaptability and initiative are essential.
  • Bonus: Experience with hardware-based fintech products (e.g., ATMs, POS devices).
