What You'll Do
- Define the roadmap for our new Personal Lines embedded solution
- Gather and prioritize requirements by collaborating with stakeholders, customers, and engineering teams
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to launch
- Define success metrics and KPIs to measure product performance and user adoption
- Create detailed product specifications and user stories
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to develop intuitive interfaces and experiences
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery
- Drive product adoption through effective go-to-market strategies
- Participate in product roadmap/release plan activities to ensure that cross-product opportunities are identified, planned, and delivered
- Elicit internal customer requirements using interviews, document review, workflow analysis, and requirements workshops
- Ensure appropriate support processes are in place; track and correct product performance/support problems
- Provide sales support, including complex solutions, creating flexible offerings when needed
We're Excited to Learn More About You
Your experience may include:
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with experience focused on analytics, data visualization, and UI frameworks
- Strong understanding of modern web application architectures and frontend technologies
- Experience with analytics platforms, business intelligence tools, or data visualization frameworks
- Proven track record of delivering successful software products from concept to market
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (MBA a plus)
You may have other skills or credentials, including:
- Experience with React and TypeScript development
- Familiarity with embedding strategies for third-party applications
- Experience with API design
- Experience with JIRA or similar tools.
- Ability to make smart feature (customer experience) versus time-to-market trade-offs.
- Insurance industry exposure
