As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping Clario’s digital patient solutions by defining and delivering patient-centric products that drive meaningful outcomes. You will translate market insights and customer needs into actionable product strategies, working cross-functionally to deliver solutions that balance innovation, compliance, and business value. What You’ll Be Doing
  • Define and execute a market‑backed product and solution strategy grounded in deep industry knowledge of patient‑driven solutions

  • Create and maintain a clear understanding of customer and market needs across internal teams through effective communication and collaboration

  • Shape patient‑centric product solutions, including strategic and tactical roadmaps and delivery plans

  • Partner with cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders to deliver against planned objectives while optimizing customer and business value

  • Ensure assigned products meet financial performance targets, including revenue growth and profitability

  • Lead and support activities related to product discovery, market research, and voice‑of‑customer initiatives

  • Translate complex information into clear, compelling product narratives for internal and external audiences

What We Look For

  • Advanced degree in Business Administration, Technology, or a related scientific field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

  • Extensive experience in product management with demonstrated leadership, decision‑making, and influence across high‑performing teams

  • Proven ability to conduct market research, identify unmet needs, and translate insights into viable business opportunities

  • Strong business planning experience with a track record of defining, developing, and launching successful software products

  • Ability to synthesize complex data and information into clear, compelling stories

  • Strong customer focus with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills

  • Project coordination and planning experience

  • Experience working in regulated environments such as pharmaceutical or medical device industries, with familiarity in GMP, GCP, or 21 CFR Part 11

  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new systems and tools

  • Fluency in English and ability to collaborate effectively across global teams

  • Eligibility to work remotely in Canada, with preference for Eastern Time Zone alignment
