Product Marketing Lead

About the Role
We’re hiring a Product Marketing Lead to build and lead the Product Marketing function at Ask-AI, creators of the Mosaic AI platform.
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role will define how Mosaic AI is positioned in the market, shape our go-to-market strategy, and ensure our Sales and Marketing teams clearly communicate the value of our platform to customers.
You will develop deep insight into our market, customers, and competitive landscape — and translate that understanding into differentiated positioning, compelling messaging, and effective go-to-market programs.
You’ll work closely with Product leadership to bring customer and market insights into roadmap discussions and ensure new capabilities launch with strong positioning and adoption.
You’ll lead our efforts to bring new capabilities to market, enable customer-facing teams, and ensure Mosaic AI is clearly differentiated in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.
This is a highly strategic and cross-functional role for someone who enjoys turning product innovation into market adoption and revenue growth.
What You’ll Do
Develop Market Insight and Positioning
- Lead primary and secondary market research to deeply understand customers, competitors, and the evolving AI landscape
- Develop differentiated positioning and messaging that clearly communicates Mosaic AI’s value
- Define ICPs, buyer personas, and buying journeys that inform go-to-market strategy
- Translate market insights into recommendations that inform product roadmap and strategy
Lead Product Launches and Go-To-Market Execution
- Own go-to-market strategy for new products and major feature releases
- Develop launch plans that drive customer adoption and new pipeline generation
- Work closely with Product teams to translate release documentation into clear messaging for GTM teams
- Partner with Marketing to ensure campaigns reflect strong product positioning
Enable Sales and Customer-Facing Teams
- Create sales enablement materials including pitch decks, demos, battlecards, and product collateral
- Equip Sales and Customer Success teams to communicate Mosaic AI’s differentiated value clearly and consistently
- Incorporate insights from customer conversations and sales feedback to continuously refine messaging
Shape Product Strategy and Packaging
- Inform product roadmap with market and customer insights
- Develop packaging and pricing strategies for enterprise and mid-market B2B buyers
- Identify opportunities to strengthen differentiation and expand our product’s market impact

Experience We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing or related GTM roles in B2B technology
- Proven ability to develop positioning and messaging for complex technical products
- Experience leading product launches and go-to-market programs
- Experience conducting market and customer research to inform strategy
- Experience building sales enablement materials and supporting customer-facing teams
- Familiarity with enterprise and mid-market B2B buying processes
- Experience working in the AI, developer platform, or no-code/low-code ecosystem is a strong plus
- Experience working in startup or high-growth environments preferred

You quickly build a strong understanding of our customers, competitive landscape, and the evolving AI market. You establish a clear view of how Mosaic AI should be positioned and where we can differentiate most effectively.
You establish clear positioning and messaging
You develop differentiated positioning and messaging frameworks that clearly communicate our value to target buyers. These frameworks become the foundation for marketing campaigns, sales enablement, and product launches.
You strengthen our product launch process
You lead successful go-to-market launches for new features and product capabilities, working closely with Product and Marketing to ensure clear messaging, effective enablement, and strong market adoption.
You enable Sales and customer-facing teams
You equip Sales and Customer Success teams with the messaging, decks, demos, and collateral they need to communicate Mosaic AI’s value clearly and confidently in customer conversations.
You influence product and GTM strategy
You bring structured market and customer insights into roadmap and GTM discussions, helping ensure product development and marketing strategy stay closely aligned with customer needs.
You build repeatable product marketing processes
You establish scalable frameworks for positioning, product launches, and sales enablement that make product marketing a core driver of our go-to-market success.
