Job Description  

Enablon Wolters Kluwer is seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will independently manage key go-to-market initiatives, utilizing your advanced skills and understanding of market dynamics to support the development and execution of strategic programs that increase win-rates and drive revenue for your product portfolio. Your expertise will be crucial in refining product positioning, analyzing market data, and ensuring successful programs across cross-functional teams. You will collaborate across departments to run or support a variety of programs including competitive intelligence, enablement sessions, and more.

Hybrid: Eight days a month we come together in the closest office within 50 miles to experience the value of connecting with colleagues. You will report to the Associate Director, Product Marketing, and work under the leadership of the VP, Marketing & Demand Generation, CP & ESG Enablon. Required Job Qualifications (minimum – 5 years required):   

  • Travel: This role requires travel an estimated 15% of the time  
  • Advanced Market Research: Advanced skills in conducting complex market research and analysis.
  • Strategic Messaging: Expertise in creating and refining compelling strategic messaging through a variety of mediums (decks, webpages, internal guides, etc.).
  • Data Analytics: Proficient in analyzing and interpreting complex data sets.
  • Customer Insight Integration: Integrating customer feedback into product and marketing strategies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple departments.
  • Project Management & Leadership: Leading marketing projects and initiatives.
  • Market Adaptability: Quickly adapting to changing market conditions and trends.

Preferred Job Qualifications:   

  • Experience in Health & Safety, Environment, or Risk Management fields is considered an asset.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities   

  • Lead the development and execution of specialized Go To Market plans including product launches, market expansions, and more.
  • Conduct complex market research and customer analysis.
  • Refine and optimize product messaging and positioning.
  • Monitor industry trends and proactively adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Track, report, and analyze program performance and ROI.
  • Collaborate with product development, customer success, and sales peers to integrate market feedback.
  • Develop and update comprehensive collateral, enablement, and training materials.
  • Provide strategic insights based on market and competitive analysis.
