About the team

Our Product Marketing team’s mission is to generate customer insights that inform Stripe’s product strategy, and lead go-to-market for our suite of products. Product Marketing is a highly cross-functional role at Stripe, partnering closely with Product and Engineering, Sales, Partnerships, Demand Generation and Campaigns to name a few. Different from many other Product Marketing teams, our team works across the entire product lifecycle, from helping shape the product, to driving launch and commercialization, to growing product adoption post-launch. We also drive both self-serve and sales-sold marketing efforts.

We are looking for an experienced product marketer to help drive the marketing strategy and execution for one of our fastest growing products, Stripe Billing. As PMM for Stripe Billing, you will be responsible for supporting our go-to-market strategy and own product-level messaging and positioning. In this role, you will manage product growth initiatives in partnership with Product Growth, and enable our sales teams on Stripe Billing functionality and how to position to target segments. You will engage teams across product growth, sales, campaigns, and demand generation to drive overall awareness, pipeline, and revenue for Stripe Billing across Stripe’s existing customer base and prospects.

What you’ll do
  • Develop messaging and positioning for Stripe Billing. Develop campaign-level content as well as sales enablement assets
  • Work closely with product, partnerships, and partner marketing (demand generation) teams to build a marketing strategy, with the goal of driving awareness, demand, and usage of Stripe Billing
  • Enable sales teams to understand the value of Stripe Billing and competitive solutions

Minimum requirements
  • 5-8 years prior product marketing experience, with a strong preference for candidates with experience working in B2B settings
  • Deep understanding of B2B SaaS or Product Growth strategies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience translating technical features into benefits for a technical audience
  • Be able to leverage data to proactively identify opportunities and drive impactful results
