What You'll Be Doing
Oversee Venn's website, content strategy, customer emails, and onboarding flows to improve acquisition and retention.
Own and operate all social media channels, including LinkedIn, curating content and case studies for both the Venn brand and our founders to grow awareness and authority
Define and refine how Venn's products are perceived in the market, crafting compelling narratives that resonate with different ICPs.
Create and execute a strategy for blogs, case studies, email campaigns, and educational content that drive conversions and engagement.
Work closely with sales and product to ensure seamless onboarding and communication throughout the lifecycle.
Manage and iterate on our website to enhance messaging, drive conversions, and communicate product value effectively.
Lead go-to-market strategies and execution for new product launches.
Continuously test messaging, content formats, and distribution strategies to refine Venn's market presence.
What we’re looking for:
2+ years of experience in B2B product marketing or a similar role (startup experience preferred).
Strong understanding of product positioning, content distribution, engagement metrics, and audience growth.
Proven ability to craft strategic messaging and high-quality content.
Experience optimizing website content, SEO, and conversion rates.
Ability to analyze data, run experiments, and iterate based on insights.
Excellent copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with product and sales teams.
Ability to manage projects end-to-end, working with internal teams and contractors.
