THE OPPORTUNITY:
This remote opportunity is an existing vacancy open to candidates residing anywhere in the United States or Canada.
VelocityEHS is looking for an experienced Product Marketer to orchestrate successful launches of new products and features. This role will be responsible for aligning launch goals, timing, and messaging to both our GTM and brand strategies to achieve documented success criteria. Working with cross-functional teams you'll manage projects through our NPI (New Product Introduction) process to ensure operational readiness throughout VelocityEHS driving maximum results. To ensure your success, you'll be supported by a Product Marketing team responsible for defining and enforcing our GTM strategy for target segments and ICPs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS, product marketing, and cross-functional project management, with a proven ability to drive alignment between marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Product Launch Coordination

  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies for product and feature launches, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Create and maintain launch plans, timelines, and deliverables, coordinating with stakeholders across marketing, product, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Define and monitor launch success metrics, providing post-launch analysis and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with product management to understand product features, target audiences, and competitive positioning.
  • Ensure effective internal communication and enablement, including the creation of sales tools, training materials, and FAQs.
  • Collaborate and share knowledge with a team of Product Marketing Managers, fostering a culture of growth, innovation, and accountability.
  • Provide guidance on market research, messaging, and positioning strategies to ensure compelling and effective product launches.
  • Work with Product Marketing Managers to document buyer personas, messaging frameworks, and campaign strategies, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Align launch priorities with broader company goals balancing tactical execution with strategic planning.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-departmental alignment during product launches.
  • Partner with the demand generation team to drive campaigns that support product adoption and revenue goals.
  • Work closely with the sales enablement team to identify training needs and ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with the customer success team to develop materials that drive customer engagement and retention.


Minimum Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing, product launches, or a related role within a SaaS company.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple launches and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of working effectively across teams.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business models, buyer personas, and customer journeys.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience with enterprise SaaS products and working in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and/or certification of Product Marketing frameworks: Pragmatic, PMA, SVPG
  • Project Management or change management certification (PMP, Prosci, etc)
  • Experience communicating with EHS, ESG, and other leaders within manufacturing industries
  • Proven leadership experience, including managing and mentoring a team

VelocityEHS is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices by offering market-based salary ranges. The expected salary range for this position is between $130,200 and $175,300 USD (United States) or $122,800 and $159,300 CAD (Canada). We aim to hire between the minimum and midpoint of the salary range and offers at the maximum of the range are uncommon. The final offered salary will be based on candidate's proficiency in skill set, prior relevant experience, internal equity, market considerations, and other factors. This role is eligible for our comprehensive benefits package.
