Job Description
As a Senior Associate, Partner Marketing (Partner Marketing Manager), you will build collaborative relationship with referral partners and the cross-functional teams within Chase that support partner marketing campaign execution. You will lead the execution of marketing strategy for partner marketing campaigns, programs, collateral and events and coordinate with the partner on approvals. You will also manage the end-to-end process for partner events, ensuring cost efficiency and adherence to internal and partner policies.
Responsibilities
  • Drive new merchant acquisition by executing partner marketing campaigns that exceed business objectives
  • Creative, out-of-the-box thinking to execute programs via partners through world-class, client facing content, events, webinars, email, direct mail, and campaign collateral that provide partners with the means to drive leads to Chase
  • Be the expert in our partners and their needs, representing the voice of our partner to cross-functional teams, while influencing our partners by representing the voice of Chase Payment Solutions
  • Socialize the calendar of partner activities and campaign performance to key stakeholders internally and externally

Required Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or another relevant field
  • 4+ years of experience in Partner Marketing or Channel Marketing
  • Proven marketing campaign development and execution of partner marketing campaigns or programs
  • Collaborative nature to build strong relationships across the organization and with external partners
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting and presentation writing
  • Proven project management skills and the ability to think creatively to develop solutions to complex problems
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently
  • Understanding of campaign marketing KPIs and performance metrics
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and must be savvy with technology

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
  • Prior experience working in in Payments, Financial Services, Ecommerce or Technology
  • Experience planning and executing small scale lead generation events that are brand relevant and high quality
  • Ability to 'connect the dots' across a number of ongoing initiatives to proactively anticipate upcoming deliverables.

This position requires a five-day work week from our office located at 255 Consumers Road, Toronto.
