We're looking for an energetic and knowledgeable Product Specialist to join our sales team and help customers find the perfect vehicle based on their needs and lifestyle.The Product Specialist acts as the customer's first point of contact, offering product knowledge, a consultative experience, and a welcoming, low-pressure approach to vehicle sales. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, learning continuously, and being part of a fast-paced, rewarding environment.Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and engage customers, both in the showroom and online, creating a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Ask questions to understand customers’ needs and recommend appropriate vehicles.
  • Present and demonstrate vehicles with confidence and enthusiasm.
  • Stay informed about current vehicle models, trims, features, and available promotions.
  • Assist in test drives and explain vehicle technology and performance features clearly.
  • Work with the Sales and Finance teams to ensure a seamless handoff and customer experience.
  • Follow up with leads and customers through phone, email, and CRM tools.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, including new and pre-owned vehicles.
  • Help with vehicle displays, lot organization, and dealership events when needed
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer service or retail; automotive experience is an asset but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for vehicles and helping people.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
  • Willingness to learn continuously—training is provided.
  • Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
  • AMVIC license
