As a Product Specialist, you play a key part in showcasing and promoting our Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram lineup. You’ll be the go-to expert for product knowledge, helping customers understand features, benefits, and capabilities through engaging conversations and hands-on demonstrations.This role is all about creating confidence — ensuring every customer feels informed, valued, and supported throughout their purchasing journey.
⭐ What You’ll DoProduct Expertise & Demonstrations
Develop in-depth knowledge of our vehicles, features, and applications
Stay up-to-date on new models, updates, and industry trends
Deliver interactive product demonstrations that highlight key features and value
Customer Engagement & Support
Engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and lifestyle
Provide clear, comprehensive product information
Address questions and offer info in an easy-to-understand, engaging way
Sales Team Collaboration
Partner with the sales team to support product presentations
Offer expertise during sales meetings and customer appointments
Contribute to product-focused sales strategies
Training & Education
Conduct internal product training for sales staff
Facilitate workshops to help customers better understand their vehicle (tech, features, etc.)
Market Awareness & Feedback
Stay informed on competitor products and market trends
Gather customer feedback and share insights with leadership to support product development
Assist in creating product materials such as brochures and other collateral
Plus: Miscellaneous duties as assigned - every day brings something new!
🎓 QualificationsPrevious sales or customer-facing experience is an asset
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to explain technical features in a clear, approachable way
Confident presenter with excellent interpersonal skills
Customer-first mindset with a passion for creating great experiences
Comfortable adapting to changing products and trends
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Automotive experience is a bonus, but if you bring passion, personality, and a willingness to learn, we’ll teach you the rest!
