Job Responsibilities:

JOB QUALIFICATION

• 2 years minimum of leadership experience
• Automotive manufacturing experience preferred
• Maintenance experience helpful but not required

SKILLS/ABILITIES

• Individual must be a good communicator and a good listener
• Must have good understanding of manufacturing operations, machine set-up and changeovers, safety, and quality issues
• Good problem-solving abilities and teamwork skills
• Must possess good interpersonal skills, present a positive attitude, and set a good example.
• Ability to inspect products using fixtures and precise measuring equipment
• Ability to evaluate performance and address discipline issues
• Ability to work overtime hours including weekends required
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English

EDUCATION/TECHNICAL EDUCATION

• High School diploma
• Some technical training or college degree
