POSITION OVERVIEW:
The organization is hiring a Program Lead, who will be a key member of the Global Product Security team at one of our largest global clients in the consumer electronics and technology sectors.
This is a role at the intersection of consumer electronics, customer success management, research science, and security consulting. While we welcome expertise in the security field, it is not required, and this is a great opportunity for the right person with broad interests and a unique background to use those talents and life experience to contribute to some of the most exciting developments in consumer technology.
This role will work with Global Security Leadership to assess scenarios for threats impacting confidential projects that may result in leaks, losses, or theft and provide recommendations for mitigation. Scenarios range in variety from engaging with new third parties, to user experience research, to new product launch events.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Oversee the operational excellence of workflows related to the Third Party Oversight Management (TPOM) initiative.
- Previous experience working with ProcessUnity System software.
- Proven experience reviewing, assessing, and triaging intake cases.
- Oversee the operational excellence and build-out of GPS workflows that support internal and external compliance such as the TPOM initiative.

- Manage the Comms strategy related GPS compliance initiatives (such as creating reports, presentations, training content, and workplace posts)
- Integrate into existing GS and GPS workstreams that support TPOM & Policy compliance initiatives
- Oversee the successful completion of assessments on assigned projects within the allotted time of two to five business days.
- Oversee operational excellence of assessors
- Oversee the operational excellence of the administration of onsite visits such as onsite audit and assessments
- Document and oversee the completion of project deliverables and milestones to support daily team operations impacting the TPOM space.
- Update and maintain internal resources with relevant information.
- Audit & Assessments questionnaires along with language for legal requirements must be reviewed on a quarterly basis and updated annually.
- Compile weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
- Work with leadership to define short-term and long-term program and project goals.
- Identify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and verify on a weekly basis that expectations are being met.
- Responsible for the quality of all written deliverables and presentations to leadership.
- Use desktop research skills to comprehend and assess highly technical research and development projects in order to advise on and mitigate confidentiality and security concerns.
- Attend meetings with cross-functional stakeholders as assigned by management and represent yourself as a responsible steward for Global Security. Document key points and deliverables for review with management.
- Work with management and cross-functional subject matter experts in information security, law, privacy, and more to compile information and provide recommendations.
- Oversee the compilation of reports around possible security gaps and mitigation opportunities. Transfer key findings into presentation decks.
- Periodically present key findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Support process optimization by overseeing the publishing of Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, and Best Practices for internal and external stakeholders.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Bachelor's degree required and at least 5 years of professional experience.
- Internal Candidate preferred.
- An interest and passion for self-learning. Could be but not necessarily expressed via an advanced degree in a subject such as business management, history, or the sciences.
- Experience in or interest in learning about applied customer success management, relationship building, and similar skills in a nontraditional environment.
- Strong business writing ability.
- Ability to work independently to concrete results with little direction.
- Ability to work collaboratively, diplomatically and being a positive business influencer as part of a distributed team and with stakeholders often with strongly different points of view. This is a must.
- Strong interest in consumer electronics and technology, VR/AR/MR space a plus.
- PMP certification preferred.

Pay Range
$100,000-$115,000 USD
