About the Role 

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager in Mississauga, Ontario to lead a consumer electronics returns program with a focus on device inspection, functional testing, and cosmetic enhancement. A key responsibility is ensuring detailed receipt documentation is generated for retailers to support credit applications. The role requires strong operational leadership, supply chain expertise, and a hands-on approach to managing warehouse and logistics activities. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead the full lifecycle of the consumer electronics returns program, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance. 
  • Oversee warehouse operations: receiving, inventory management, inspection, testing, cosmetic refurbishment, and outbound processing. 
  • Ensure accurate and detailed receipt documentation to meet retailer credit application requirements. 
  • Act as the primary liaison with retailers and internal stakeholders, delivering program updates and resolving escalations. 
  • Monitor KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and drive operational excellence across the program. 

 

Qualifications 

  • 7+ years of program management or operations leadership in consumer electronics, supply chain, logistics, or warehouse management. 
  • Strong knowledge of returns programs, inspection/testing, and refurbishment workflows. 
  • Experience with WMS/ERP systems and quality/returns documentation processes. 
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage retailer-facing programs. 
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 

 

Preferred 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or Engineering. 
  • PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certification. 
  • Experience with retailer-driven returns programs.

  • Expert knowledge with consumer electronics and their basic repair requirements 
  • Familiarity with electronic products, return inspection processes and device condition and grading. 
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for data analysis and reporting. 

 

Adaptability: 

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changes and challenges as they arise.
