The Program Manager oversees interrelated projects that work together for a common outcome. They may personally manage some or all of the projects within a program, or may oversee the work of others who are managing projects to ensure that projects are progressing as expected and producing the expected outcomes. This role will have a huge impact on some of the most important work happening at Movable Ink today - you will get to join a small and mighty PMO team that affects the business in a big way!

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Head of PMO to accurately scope programs and subsequent initiatives within program purview, including resourcing needs, timelines, and project deliverables
  • Execute projects and programs as required, navigating all aspects of program oversight along the way 
  • Lead and contribute to the development of company programs to achieve goals and mitigate risk in creative and effective ways
  • Quickly build strong stakeholder relationships, navigating complex and evolving business priorities to achieve program outcomes
  • Lead project prioritization by ensuring project value and costs are understood, developing a recommendation based on their own understanding of program goals, and presenting to the appropriate decision makers 
  • Navigate cross-functional obstacles, risks, and timelines with expert-level acumen, proactively identifying and overcoming potential blockers
  • Troubleshoot, flex, and adjust to the changing needs and initiatives prioritized by the business 
  • Propose and enact process improvements, both within the PMO organization and within the business

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years total work experience
  • 6+ years experience in a formal project management position
  • Expert level ability to work with stakeholders across teams, with different interests, and of different seniority levels
  • Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to synthesize complex information
  • Project Management certification preferred
  • Desire to continue project management education and coursework required

The base pay range for this position is $150,000-$170,000/year, which can include additional on-target commission pay/bonus. The base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Stock options and other incentive pay may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position ultimately offered.
