Job Summary
We are seeking a Project Controller to join TYLin’s Bridge Sector. This individual will participate in financial and staff planning while identifying any room for improvement.
Responsibilities & Qualifications

Participate in project planning (financial and staffing)

Track project performance and regularly communicate with Project Manager and/or Team Leads.

Attend project progress and coordination meetings.

Prepare Project Performance data for Joint Venture or Executive Board meetings (as applicable)

Accurately track contractor work progress related to schedule.

Maintain liaison with client and other consultants at all project stages.

Identify improvements for project controls, templates and products, and refer ideas to appropriate line manager.
Qualifications

BS in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or Finance.

At least 2-5 years’ experience in Architecture & Engineering

Project Accounting experience a plus

Understanding of construction scheduling processes preferred

Strong oral and written communication skills required.

Proficiency with MS Office programs required.

Additional Information
TYLin is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $87,00 - $131,600 annually for this position and local market.
