Project Coordinator III – Music & Content Ops Associate

itD is seeking a Project Coordinator III to support music and content deal operations across Global Partnerships and Content organization. This role will play a critical part in driving operational execution from deal signing through payout while partnering cross-functionally with Business Development, Legal, and other stakeholders to support product priorities across Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate will bring strong project coordination and operations experience, exceptional attention to detail, and a proven ability to manage workflows and process execution in fast-paced environments.

Location: Remote – anywhere in the United States

Duration: 7 months - assignment may potentially be extended to 12 months.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with music business development teams to gather and maintain deal pipeline forecasts and operational updates.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders including Business Development and Legal teams to ensure contracts are routed, executed, and tracked according to established timelines.
  • Support onboarding activities for new music partners, including publishers and labels across multiple global regions.
  • Maintain accurate tracking, reporting, and documentation of deals throughout the full deal lifecycle.
  • Manage payment operations for music partners, including purchase request to purchase order workflows and invoice issue resolution.
  • Investigate and resolve deal operation issues while responding to ad hoc stakeholder requests and inquiries.
  • Review existing operational processes and identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and scalability.

Internal Responsibilities

  • Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
  • Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
  • Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).
  • Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.
  • Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).
  • Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in media companies, technology companies, or a related industry.
  • Project or program management experience with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience implementing or improving operational processes or systems.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams outside direct reporting structures.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, highly iterative environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation development experience.
  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience within the music, media, or technology industries.
  • Background in management consulting or investment banking environments.
  • Experience refining operational workflows and documenting process flows.
  • Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build relationships across multiple organizational levels.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required.
