Equinox Engineering is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in aboveground pipeline projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading projects from planning through execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. This role requires a proactive leader with excellent communication skills and a track record of managing multidisciplinary teams in complex pipeline projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of aboveground pipeline projects.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate and manage project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams, clients, and external partners.
Key Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience managing aboveground pipeline projects.
- Strong understanding of pipeline engineering, construction methods, and project management principles.
- Proven leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management abilities.
